Sue has expanded the restaurant brand by renovating the second and third floor of the historic restaurant building. Where there once were 36 hotel rooms (the original hotel closed in the 1970’s), there are now seven apartments and five hotel rooms — The Royal Apartments and Hotel. Construction is beginning this spring on another addition to the Schuler brand. Sue and her team are beginning renovations on a 250-person event center just 1.5 blocks from the restaurant’s front door. Playing upon the year the Schuler Restaurant company opened for business, they’ve named the center 19Zero9 Venue. There will be three additional hotel rooms in this building in Historic Downtown Marshall. Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub is a 550-seat restaurant known for prime rib, Swiss onion soup, BBQ meatballs and its heritage cheese spread. Have you sent employees to the HTIM course? If so, how many?
