What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow in their career? Look for opportunities to grow, never limit yourself, and be willing to go above and beyond to educate others. Be very knowledgeable. Become teachable and coachable. What is your favorite part of teaching the HTIM business management course? My favorite part is being knowledgeable, sharing my experiences and helping others obtain highly sought after certifications. How long have you been working in the industry? I have been in the industry for 15 years. I have loved every moment of it, even those tough ones they make you a stronger individual. What was your first job in hospitality? I come up with various specials, menu pricing, food ordering and developing standardized recipes.
