Materials, curriculums, and certifications are part of the ServSafe and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). ServSafe provides comprehensive and convenient training covering food safety, responsible alcohol service, allergens, unconscious bias, and sexual harassment prevention. The AHLEI programs include Guest Service Gold®, Certified Hospitality Supervisor.
