How will this help you step up in your career?
I learned hospitality management and the ability to grow as a manager. What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow their career? This course provides an in-depth perspective and knowledge of the hospitality industry. What was your favorite part of the HTIM business management course? The ServSafe food manager portion as it was very knowledgeable and helpful in managing a kitchen How long have you been working in the industry? I’ve been in the industry since October 2024. Can you share more background on your current role? As the assistant food and beverage manager, I manage three bars and two restaurants inside a hotel. What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry? I got my start dishwashing at a local pub. I always wanted to be involved in service and hospitality. Interesting & fun fact: My favorite place to travel is Jamaica and California. Anything else you’d like to share? I’m grateful to Rita, our facilitator and trainer. She was very easy to work with, and very insightful on things in the classes that might be more challenging. She helped us work through them. Comments are closed.
