What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow their career?
My current role is now teaching young adults ages 16-24 how to cook and learn the basics of food service. How long have you been working in the industry? I have been working in food service for over 25 years. What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry? And at the age of 15 I got my first job working at the Dairy King and after I left that job I worked at the park in the pool area with children. And that has been my life in a nutshell food and children! Interesting and fun fact: My dream is to open a food truck. And I have two adult sons and two beautiful granddaughters ages 13 and 6.
