What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow their career?
To take a business management course! What was your favorite part of the HTIM business management course? My favorite part of the course was the financial training. How long have you been working in the industry? For more than 30 years I’ve worked in the industry. Can you share more background on your current role? I have worked for Valerie's Downtown as a chef and server for two years and also assist with all aspects of the business. What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry?
