My favorite part of the course was the financial training.

For more than 30 years I’ve worked in the industry.

Can you share more background on your current role?
I have worked for Valerie's Downtown as a chef and server for two years and also assist with all aspects of the business.

What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry?
My first introduction into the industry was with my family-owned catering business.

Interesting & fun fact: 
I own a food truck specializing in Caribbean food.
