Why did you want to enroll in the HTIM four-week financial course?
I am always looking for more efficient methods of controlling costs. How will this help you step up in your career? I learned a few new things in this course including sales determined by sq footage, a few different methods for calculating COG. What was your favorite part of the HTIM four-week financial course? All the formulas and explanations for how numbers are calculated, targets and how to trouble shoot numbers that are off target. How long have you been working in the industry? I’ve been in the industry for 29 years. Can you share more background on your current role? I oversee everything food and beverage related to Big E’s Sports Grill under Suburban Inns.
