What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow their career? Never stop learning! There's always new information to learn to enhance your business systems. How long have you been working in the industry? I’ve worked in the industry for 13 years, with 7 years as a business owner. Can you share more background on your current role? I'm the owner & head chef of Plenti Pastas Catering & Food Truck. We offer luxury full-service catering, private chef, meal prep and food truck services. I've created all systems to fully license my business, train all staff, ensure profitability and expand across the U.S. What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry? My first job was working with campus dining in undergrad. Interesting & fun fact: My favorite food is pasta which you could tell from my business name and I love to travel and try new food.
