What advice do you have for others in the hospitality industry who are looking for ways to grow their career? Keep practicing and keep learning. This industry changes quickly so you have to be flexible and adapt, so keep your mind open. What was your favorite part of the HTIM financial course? The profit and loss report section was helpful and a huge help to understanding the financial aspect of businesses. How long have you been working in the industry? I’ve worked in the industry for 15 years. Can you share more background on your current role? As a Guest Experience Manager, my entire position revolves around ensuring that our guests have the best experience while visiting our theaters as possible. I am a driving force with our training programs, our hospitality, and of course our guest recovery when necessary. What was your first job in hospitality? How did you get into this industry?
